The role involves supplier selection, order generation, and maintaining a comprehensive system for logging and processing components. Responsibilities include market research, control of product storage and physical condition, and continuous improvement of procurement methods.
Requirements
- Manage and perform supplier selection/homologation, evaluation and re-evaluation.
- Request quotations and generate comparative bills.
- Generate and issue purchase orders for spare parts, components and complementary services.
- Visit suppliers according to need.
- Conduct local market studies of suppliers.
- Control the correct entry and exit of products from the Pañol of components.
- Watch over the correct storage of the components from the Pañol of components and periodically control their physical condition.
- Constantly seek to improve methods and processes in the procurement of components and services.
