Requirements
- Perform schedule programming for service assignments.
- Directly supervise the execution of services.
- Monitor inventory and tool control.
- Coordinate with Client Staff (sales area) on service requirements.
- Monitor and support service maintenance technicians.
- Supervise machine and tool maintenance.
- Monitor service compliance and report.
- Respond to service complaints and escalate issues.
- Review service reports and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with policies and ethics.
