CGM Rental SAC is seeking a talented Field Technician to perform maintenance, supervise, and execute corrective and preventive activities for rental equipment in a specific geographic area. The role involves maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance, and improving maintenance processes. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Requirements

• Perform scheduled and assigned maintenance activities and are responsible for them.
• Maintain constant communication with customers assigned to the project.
• Supervision and control of the maintenance activities performed by personnel.
• Ensure compliance with planned and unscheduled maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to the maintenance templates.
• Report all activities performed to the Campo ST Assistant and/or Field Supervisor.
• Establish maintenance improvement projects.
• Respect company regulations and policy.
• Evaluate failure modes and determine root causes.
