Job Description
Our client, an industry leader, is seeking a full-time Leadership of Accounting (HGB / IFRS) in Cologne, Germany. The successful candidate will lead the accounting department, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and collaborate with other departments.
Requirements
- Completed study in business administration / finance or comparable training
- Further education with a focus on accounting
- Accountant security according to HGB and IFRS
- Several years of professional experience in accounting
- Experience in leadership and development of employees
- Secure English knowledge (at least B2) in word and writing
- Interest and/or experience in process optimization and change management
