Accounting Associate

Accounting Associate supports manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate ERP data, assisting with cost management, and collaborating across departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of accounting, cost accounting, or ERP-related experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of standard costing, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and inventory transactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis tools
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis
• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues effectively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
