Job Description
This position is responsible for the daily setup and operation of the laser cutting machine and assisting other CNC operators with daily duties, including area housekeeping, maintenance work, and material staging.
Requirements
- 2+ years set-up and operating experience
- Previous metal fabrication background
- Dimensional measuring and shop math competence
- Basic computer skills
- Capable of using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Effective communication skills
- Maintain excellent attendance record
- Flexible to work overtime if needed
- 2+ years manufacturing experience
