Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative position available at GS Global Resources, a growing distributor, manufacturer, and systems integrator. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and 3-5 years of customer service experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve in complex situations
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of customer service experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
• Experience with O.E.M.’s is a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Strong computer skills
