Welder / Fabricator

ADC Team seeks talented Welders/Fabricators with advanced welding and fabrication skills to join a small, family-owned business. Requirements

• Proficient in GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) on mild steel
• Proficient in blueprint reading and weld symbols to comply with standards
• Laying out, aligning, fitting and welding fabricated steel components
• Accurately measuring weld sizes with proper gauges
• Record production times, ensure accuracy of labor tracking, production control
• Performing routine inspection and preventative maintenance on weld machines
• Selecting and setting up weld equipment
• Communicate with supervisors, quality management, engineering and production floor
• Following detailed instructions and meeting deadlines
• Ability to respond quickly to change and perform quality work
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
