GS1 US is a small company with a world-class culture, and as Corporate Counsel, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's commercial and corporate legal needs.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with a state bar
- Experience working in a high-volume legal environment, ideally supporting a General Counsel
- Strong knowledge of privacy laws, software licensing, SaaS, cloud offerings, and data commercialization models
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity, sound judgment, and a business-oriented mindset
