Requirements
- 1-2 years of practical experience in email marketing, lead generation, or a closely related role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar discipline
- Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation platforms, especially Marketo, and CRM integration tools like Microsoft Dynamics
- Analytical mindset with basic HTML knowledge
- Strong communication skills, with particular strength in writing, editing, and proofreading
