Job Description
Printer SME is responsible for driving efficiency, automation, and innovation in enterprise print environments.
Requirements
- Provide expert-level support for printer hardware (HP, Canon) and print management platforms (e.g., LRS, uniFLOW).
- Lead automation initiatives for driver deployment, firmware updates, and print queue management.
- Analyze print usage to reduce device count and consolidate infrastructure.
- Implement cost-saving measures through usage analytics, secure printing, and policy enforcement.
- Drive adoption of cloud printing solutions (e.g., Microsoft Universal Print).
- Support hybrid work models with secure, location-agnostic print capabilities.
- Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for device provisioning, maintenance, and SLA adherence.
- Manage toner supply workflows and ensure alignment with sustainability goals.
