Job Description
Join our dynamic Human Capital department as a SAP Core Data Services (CDS) specialist. Develop and maintain CDS views, enhance data models, and ensure data integrity within our SAP systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that meet business requirements.
Requirements
- Manage and lead HR projects from initiation to closure
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Proactively monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide regular and transparent communication of project status updates
