Job Description
The end user computing support specialist will provide general support for end user computing and field service and support for our IT network infrastructure.
Requirements
- A+ certification or equivalent experience in computer hardware and operating system
- Three or more years of experience in end user computing support, some of which in a manufacturing environment
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows, Windows 10, Windows Server 2019 and 2022 platforms
- Fundamental knowledge of MS O365 applications, including web-based and locally installed on the end user device
- Fundamental knowledge of mobile device support, including the use of Intune for device registration and configuration of iOS and Android mobile devices
