Commercial Head, Lung Europe

The Oncology portfolio is central to GSK’s growth strategy, with the Lung portfolio playing a key role in delivering both near- and long-term ambitions across Europe. The Commercial Head, Lung Europe, will define and deliver the European commercial strategy across the lung oncology portfolio, translating global strategy into execution across EU4, the UK, and Area markets.

Requirements

• Significant commercial experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Proven experience in oncology, ideally within lung cancer
• Strong track record of leading successful product launches across multiple European markets
• Experience working across both local (country/LOC) and above-country roles
• Strong understanding of market access, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable business impact
