Requirements

• Strategic advisor and partner with the business to develop compliant solutions
• Ensure governance framework is defined and clearly linked to governance boards
• Design and implement internal control framework
• Promote values-based culture through Speak Up encouragement
• Influence culture and practices of employees
• Partner with key leaders and managers to influence strategies and risk management
• Evaluate and agree on risk appetite and explore mitigation options
• Ensure risk management plans are in place and followed up with risk owners
• Facilitate risk management plan completion, review, and assessment
