Director, Serology Assay Innovation Hub

The Director, Serology Assay Innovation Hub will lead the development and implementation of innovative testing platforms and methodologies in clinical serology, immunology, and early clinical research evaluation. The Director will lead a team of scientists, develop and validate new testing platforms, and deliver results aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

• Leadership and team management experience
• PhD in Immunology, microbiology, bioassay, vaccinology
• 8+ years of experience in assay development for clinical serology/immunology in the context of vaccine development
• 4+ years line management experience and previous experience leading teams of 5+ scientists
• Track record of automation adoption and new technology assessment, including computational or AI tools
• Experience in regulated laboratory environments and GxP
