EHS Director

The EHS Director is a critical Duty Holder responsible for controlling EHS risks and preventing harm at a manufacturing site. The role requires a leader who can influence the site leadership team, engage the site in EHS performance, and ensure safety of site operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting EHS performance, ensuring the site's high inherent risk profile is well managed, and championing human factors and human reliability in proactive risk assessments and system design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety/Health, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry or other related field
• 7+ years of experience in EHS program development and implementation within a regulated industry
• Experience successfully managing Process Safety risks in an OSHA/EPA RMP Process Safety covered facility
• 3+ years of leadership experience
