Job Description
We are looking to recruit a capable and experienced Executive Assistant to support 2 x Vice Presidents (VPs) and 2 x Directors within the company’s Strategy Supply Chain function. You will manage calendars, travel, and coordinate cross-time-zone commitments while building strong relationships across multiple cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Proven PA/EA experience supporting senior executives and/or leadership teams in a large organisation (to Director & VP-level)
- Strong diary and travel management skills (including international travel coordination)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and willingness to learn new tools
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Able to organise competing priorities, meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail
