Job Description
Key Account Manager in Hematology to provide scientific and knowledgeable support to opinion leaders, clinics, and practices in hematology, conducting customer, market, and competitor analyses, and managing sales and results for managed products in the area.
Requirements
- Qualification according to § 75 AMG or comparable qualification
- Experience in the field of oncology and/or comparable specialty products in practice and clinic
- Ability to work project-oriented (planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination of complex account plans)
- Experience with multi-channel customer management
- Process knowledge in KH, patient pathways, and care models
- Knowledge of product flows and decision-making paths in clinics and customer networks (e.g. AMK, drug reimbursement, framework agreement/negotiation)
- Willingness to engage in travel and overnight stays in the course of the activity in the area
- Very good English and German knowledge in word and writing
