Key Account Manager (m/w/d) – Strategic Accounts & Omnichannel

ViiV Healthcare is looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee strategic accounts and omnichannel activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in specialty products and complex therapies, and a clear understanding of the German healthcare system and relevant supply logistics. The role requires strong analytical and digital skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation gemäß § 75 AMG
• Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Spezialprodukte / komplexe Therapien
• Klares Key‐Account‐Mindset mit Ownership‐Anspruch
• Hohe Daten‐ und Analysekompetenz sowie sicherer Umgang mit CRM‐Systemen
• Sehr gutes Verständnis des deutschen Gesundheitssystems und relevanter Versorgungslogiken
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur cross‐funktionalen Zusammenarbeit und klaren Priorisierung
• Digitale Affinität und echtes Omnichannel‐Verständnis
