Programme Manager

We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead programme delivery and governance at our Worthing site. You will work across functions to plan, deliver and close projects with full benefit realisation, enabling science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.

• Demonstrable experience in matrix leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Proven project and/or programme management experience with strong stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to different audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex, ambiguous interdependencies.
• Coaching experience and ability to develop others.
