We are looking for an IT System Administrator/ IT Technician (m/f/d) for 1st Level Support at GSL Gross GmbH in Idar-Oberstein, Germany. The role involves processing support tickets, analyzing and resolving technical issues, and providing user support in the Client and Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have a completed training as a computer scientist, good knowledge of the Windows Client & Microsoft 365 environment, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
