Senior Product Designer (AI & Design Systems)

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with strong expertise in Design Systems and exposure to AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience solving complex UX challenges within enterprise environments, preferably in corporate banking. This role requires close collaboration within Agile squads alongside Product Owners, Engineers, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery
• Own and evolve enterprise-level Design Systems (components, governance, scalability)
• Deliver user-centred design solutions for complex banking workflows
• Translate business requirements into intuitive, scalable UX solutions
• Collaborate within Agile squads with Product and Technology teams
• Design AI-enabled features and intelligent user experiences
• Conduct UX research, usability testing, and validation activities
• Present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders
