Job Description
gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking an Office Administrator for their Government Contractor division. The role provides office support services to the company in its business operations, focusing on clerical tasks, accounting, and travel coordination. The company is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and is currently hiring for an open position.
Requirements
- Conduct clerical duties: filing, responding to emails, format documents.
- Perform accounting tasks: Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing.
- Coordinate travel for Government contract personnel.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
- Coordinate and track deliverables.
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe (PDFs).
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
