Job Description
gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking a Proposal Manager to support proposal development, ensuring successful submission to government solicitations. The role involves review, analysis, and creation of proposal content, collaboration with senior management and SMEs, and ensuring compliance. The position requires working weekend when necessary, requiring significant organization, detail orientation, and adaptability.
Requirements
- Review incoming solicitations (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, SSs)
- Perform proposal support tasks in technical, management, past performance and price volumes
- Analyze Federal solicitation Sections L and M (or equivalent) proposal instruction requirements
- Conduct regular proposal progress meetings and maintain the proposal schedule
- Manage collating, printing, binding, packaging, and filing of hard and soft copies
- Manage resume, asset, past performance, and template repository
