Job Description
gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking a Visitor Technical Specialist to provide visitor management support at its St. Elizabeths Campus, Washington, DC. This role involves ensuring visitor safety, managing access controls, processing visitor requests, and assisting with large events. The position is contingent and subject to a hiring process.
Requirements
- Ensure visitor is located with the Visitor Management System.
- Issue parking passes.
- Coordinate visitor access requests.
- Manage visitor access to work site and construction projects.
- Attend events and provide briefings.
- Maintain confidentiality and Privacy Act compliance.
