Insurance Specialist - Town and Country

Requirements

• Provide superior service to members and internal customers
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other financial institutions
• Handle member inquiries, cancellations, reinstatements, and member billing questions
• Maintain individual client files and process routine correspondence
• Build relationships with existing clients, servicing their accounts, asking for referrals, and cross-selling to fulfill all their insurance needs
• Comfortable with working with over 50 different insurance companies, their guidelines, websites, procedures, and processes
• Participate in a positive teamwork environment
• Provide training to Credit Union staff as needed
• Ensure the confidentiality of all information and transactions regarding GTE Financial
• Maintain and update CRM, AMS, and other management software
• Support sales agents with renewal reviews, underwriting requests, and anything else needed to solidify the sale
