Requirements
- S. in engineering or a science-related field, expected graduation Spring 2026
- Experience with laboratory and hands-on engineering development projects preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding and commitment to safety in test environments
- Ability to plan experiments and analyze / present data clearly
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a cross-functional format
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Willingness to travel for field work and related assignments
- Basic understanding of the energy industry and mitigating its impact on climate change
