Intern - Zero Emissions Systems

GTI Energy has an opportunity for a part-time intern in its Zero Emission Systems Team in the summer of 2026. The intern will perform hands-on tasks involving test set up and instrumentation for data collection, assist in engineering/scientific assignments, and receive training to contribute to tasks related to ZEST.

Requirements

• Research interests in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and minimizing environmental impacts from energy infrastructure and its operations.
• Ability to think logically and apply knowledge to new and unique situations.
• Ability to think critically and troubleshoot equipment/issues in the field.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of safe practices and safety standards.
