Project Coordinator

We are seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support project managers across multiple initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys organization, coordination, and keeping teams on track.

Requirements

• Support assigned Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination activities
• Track tasks, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Follow up with team members and stakeholders to confirm progress and remove blockers
• Assist in driving accountability across project teams by tracking action items and following up on assigned tasks
• Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, notes, and follow-up communications
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status updates
• Support reporting needs related to project milestones, timelines, and task completion
• Assist with general administrative and coordination duties related to project execution
