Job Description
As a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR), you'll provide hands-on care and daily support to residents at Guardian Angels Health & Rehabilitation Center, a mission-driven, faith-based organization. You'll work under the direction of licensed nursing staff to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care and experience dignity, respect, and comfort every day.
Requirements
- Active Nursing Assistant Registration (NAR) on the Minnesota State Registry, or ability to complete coursework/testing per regulations.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Positive, compassionate attitude and commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position (lifting up to 60 lbs with assistance).
