Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems, installing equipment, and performing maintenance. This role involves customer satisfaction and professional customer service, ensuring equipment is installed and maintained correctly according to company procedures. The position requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and/or one to three years mechanical and electrical experience.
• Excellent people skills and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of reading schematics and manuals.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of safety rules and best practices.
• Ability to operate personal hand tools safely.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Security clearance may be required.
