Field Service Technician

This Field Service Technician role is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical equipment for customers, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and safety. They will analyze problems, perform repairs, maintain equipment, and follow safety protocols. The position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to high service standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma/GED and/or one to three years mechanical and electrical experience
• Excellent people skills and verbal communication
• Knowledge of reading schematics and manuals
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment
• Skilled in providing excellent customer relations
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Ability to safely operate personal hand tools
