Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to partner closely with our Managing Director and support the effectiveness of our leadership team. As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will provide high-level executive support, leadership coordination and operational management across key business priorities.

Requirements

• Significant experience supporting senior executives within a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong judgement, professionalism and discretion
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
• A proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach
• Strong proficiency across Google Workspace and presentation tools
• Experience coordinating projects, stakeholders and executive workflows
