Join Macquarie Asset Management as an Executive Assistant and provide critical support to our leadership team to help drive operational excellence across the division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse set of responsibilities as well as serve as a mentor to a junior Executive Assistant, fostering their growth and development.
Manage end-to-end executive administration for senior leaders, including the coordination of meetings, visits, and key events. Enable the seamless running of the department by managing general office administration along with other duties such as travel management, calendar management, reporting, and creating high-quality presentations.
We are looking for a high level of accountability and organisation, with hands-on experience as executive assistant, executive administration or secretarial roles. You will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong computer skills in relevant applications, such as the MS Office Suite.
