Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems with limited direction
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, a trusted thought partner for supported stakeholders
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of professionalism and reliability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and comfort learning new tools
