Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support for a group of Investment Platform professionals, managing complex calendars, coordinating logistics, and providing research and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within an administrative role in asset management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus high level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion
