Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support for Global Industry Analysts on our Finance Team within the Investment Platform, managing complex calendars, coordinating logistics, and providing cross-coverage and backup support to other Assistants and related leadership groups.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within an administrative role in asset management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Experience logging meetings with CorpAxe a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, plus high level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion
