Wellington Management is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Americas Institutional and members of the AIG Leadership Team. The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in client-facing efforts within the Client Group and works closely with other assistants on the team to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably supporting a leadership team
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong service orientation; reliable, consistent, proactive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, prioritizing effectively
- Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to use good business judgment and maintain confidentiality
