Guardsquare is looking for a Team Lead to join their Leuven office and lead one of their iXGuard teams. The ideal candidate has technical experience and is ready for a team lead role.

Requirements

• Masters in computer science with 5+ years of experience
• Strong C++ skills with low-level programming/compiler knowledge
• A no-nonsense and pragmatic attitude, continuously raising the bar
• Excellent English communication
• Understanding the value of in-person leadership in a hybrid work environment
