Requirements

• Successful experience as Store Manager in the fashion or sales sector
• Significant experience in team management (minimum 5 years as store manager)
• Master performance indicators (conversion rate, sales indices, average basket)
• Good sense of analysis to take effective decisions and adapt commercial strategy
• Dynamic, motivated, attentive, smiling, and excellent presentation
