Requirements

• Completed 12th year of education and/or degree
• Professional experience in customer service
• Focus on customer needs and good communication management
• Ability to organize and teamwork, for a dynamic work flow
• Responsibility, dedication, personal and professional ethics, with high empathy capacity
• Intermediate English (mandatory)
• Valid Insurance Certificate (APS) (mandatory)
• Valid Certificate of Credit Mortgage Marketing and/or Credit Intermediation (IFB) (preferable)
