Requirements
- Completed 12th year of education and/or degree
- Professional experience in customer service
- Focus on customer needs and good communication management
- Ability to organize and teamwork, for a dynamic work flow
- Responsibility, dedication, personal and professional ethics, with high empathy capacity
- Intermediate English (mandatory)
- Valid Insurance Certificate (APS) (mandatory)
- Valid Certificate of Credit Mortgage Marketing and/or Credit Intermediation (IFB) (preferable)
