Job Description
Join Guidant Financial as a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist and work from the comfort of your own home. You will learn the full process of administering, testing, and reporting on 401(k) plans, and grow from document review to administering basic plans. You'll review documents, reconcile plans, complete 401(k) testing and reporting, and educate clients on the administration of their 401(k) plan.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving
- Skills in customer service, organization, and collaboration
- Adequate math and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
