Guidant Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist to work from home in a fully remote position. The role involves assisting entrepreneurs with 401(k) plan administration, testing, and reporting. Requirements

• High school degree
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, finance, etc.) or equivalent work experience
• Basic knowledge of 401(K) plan structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL Regulations
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment
