Job Description
Guide Dogs for the Blind seeks a Veterinary Medical Records Coordinator to support life-changing veterinary programs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and financial assistance for clients and volunteers.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative support, records management, veterinary clinic operations, or medical documentation processing
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of time-sensitive documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems such as Salesforce
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments
