Guidehouse is seeking an Associate Director - Life Sciences Advisory - Medical Affairs/Real World Evidence (RWE) to lead projects focused on medical affairs strategy, integrated evidence planning, and AI-enabled analytics approaches. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in medical affairs and RWE within pharma, biotech, or consulting, and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development, global regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study
- 6+ years of experience in medical affairs and RWE within pharma, biotech, or consulting
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development, global regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks
- Proven experience with real-world data sources, digital health platforms, and AI analytics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 3+ years of experience leading project engagements
- 3+ years of formal management of team performance
- Authorized/eligible to work for any US employer without sponsorship
