Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED CBP PUBLIC TRUST
- Bachelor's degree
- TWO (2) years of experience in business and/or process analysis or related field
- Experience developing technical requirements, analyses of alternatives and/or business cases
- Experience using MS Excel, MS PowerBI and/or Tableau to develop data visualizations
- Experience developing effective briefings and communication products
