Job Description
As a Lead Associate AR, you will be responsible for initiating calls requesting status of claims in queue, contacting insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments, and taking appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution.
Requirements
- graduate degree
- 4+ yrs of experience in US Healthcare stream in AR
- good voice and professional demeanor via phone
- good organizational skills
- ability to multi-task
- excellent analytical skills with understanding of health care claims processing
