Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to support the growth of the firm's State and Local Government practice in Harrisburg and Pennsylvania, including state agencies and regional stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage project delivery teams, serve as a trusted advisor, and drive business development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree AND 5+ years of experience; Or Master's degree AND 3+ years of experience
- Experience working with Pennsylvania state government or similar public-sector environments, preferably in Harrisburg
- Strong program management and project delivery experience, including managing cross-functional teams and complex engagements
- General technology implementation skills, project management expertise, and client service experience for mission-driven organizations
