The Palantir Data Engineer will join a dynamic team supporting a global implementation of IT systems at the Department of State. The candidate will review and support the client’s data policies, processes, and standards to identify strengths and areas for improvement and provide recommendations for the current and future architecture to support data and analytical needs.
Requirements
- ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
- THREE (3) years’ experience in hands-on data engineering and/or database management
- Understanding of relational database concepts and structures
- Experience performing data blending, joining, and cleaning to ensure accurate and usable datasets using querying or data engineering software tools, such as SQL, Palantir, etc.
- Ability to support remote, hybrid, or on-site projects in the DC metro area
