Job Description
The Patient Account Representative – Self Pay - Patient Relations is an extension of a client’s business office staff, responsible for taking calls to patients and insurance companies to resolve patient accounts.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED or 3 years of relevant equivalent experience
- 0-2+ years working within healthcare, insurance, business, finance or customer service
- Working knowledge of insurance claims, billing, coding, follow-up, finance, accounting or customer service related responsibilities
